A NEW SEASON STARTS

 Exciting News – Camera Club Season Launch! 

 Date: Monday, 8th September
 Time: 8.00pm
 Venue: Social Services Centre Mallow      (Beside the Swimming Pool)

If you’re interested in photography and would love to join a camera club, you’re more than welcome to come along to our Season Launch Night on Monday, 8th September.

✨ On the night, our current members will host a print exhibition showcasing their work across many genres – from landscape, portrait, wildlife, creative and more.

Come along, meet fellow photography enthusiasts, and be inspired!
Everyone is welcome – from complete beginners to experienced photographers.

Shadows and Silhouette Competition

We recently held one of our monthly competitions under the theme of Shadows and Silhouettes and we were honored to have Paul Stanley FIPF,EFIAP/G of Dublin Camera Club to judge the competition. This was no easy task as we had a very large entry this month, not only did he judge the competition but, he also went one step further and gave constructive criticism, on each image which was very welcomed and I have no doubt invaluable to the participants.

NEW SEASON START

Last night was our first night back after the summer break and it was great to see many new faces in the crowd along with returning members.
There was a presentation on the night of framed prints and gift vouchers to the recent Mallow arts festival Photography competition winners.
Paddy Lane of Mallow Arts Alliance and Blackwater Photographic Society Chairman Sean Murphy presented the winners with their prizes.
Well done once again to Ralph De Kramer, Rebecca Murphy and Cian O Mahony on winning their categories.
Our next Meeting takes place at 8pm on Monday September 16th in The Social Services Center with our new members / Beginners course starting at 7.30pm.
New members are welcome to come along anytime during the season
